Welcome to the Cambridge University Italian Society
The Cambridge University Italian Society is designed to cater for anyone with an interest in Italian culture. It's a great way to pick up Italian, no matter what your level and meet Italian people in Cambridge. As this year is the 150th Anniversary of Italy, we are trying now moreso than ever to engage everyone in the Cambridge - Italian community in our events throughout the year.
CONVERSAZIONE @ PEMBROKE BAR: join us in Pembroke College bar every Monday for our Conversation Night. This is a great way to meet new people and converse in both Italian and English. The atmosphere is always relaxed and the conversation always interesting. Come and join in!
FILMS NIGHTS @ ST JOHN’S COLLEGE: experience the delight of Italian cinema with our film nights, held in the Castlereagh Room at St. John’s College fortnightly. Look out for announcements through the mailing list and on the Facebook group.
SWAPS WITH INTERNATIONAL SOCIETIES: Cambridge is a fantastically cultural place with many different International Societies. We’ll be organizing swaps with other societies throughout the year. If you would like to see a particular swap happen, contact the committee and we’ll see what we can arrange.
