(1) If unsure state so, in all cases it will be checked in our Membership database.
(2) For Salamanca University (Avila) choose between 2nd July, 1st Aug or 3rd Sep 2007 and write the date. For Academia Isla (Salamanca and/or Barcelona) choose any Monday in Jul, Aug or Sep-or at least the month if possible.
(3) Write: Total Beginner, Beginner, Intermediate (High or Low) or Advanced.
(4) Please put a number in a each of the 3 categories. If you cannot remember just estimate, this will be checked with our records of attendance.
(5) This is just to have an idea and can be changed later on, you can create your own according to your interests or see a list of current ones in our website.
(6) Please tell us of any medical condition/dietary requirements we should be aware of, all info will be treated as strictly confidential. Or write "none".
(7) It can be as short or long (within reason) as you want. It should include: reasons and motivation for applying for the Scholarship and learning Spanish; how much commitment you can provide to help the Society; if you will write a short article for our Magazine; anything else you feel like.
